Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Chatrove, a browser extension operated by Ledgerbridge LLC, Sheridan, Wyoming, USA ("we", "us"). By installing or using Chatrove you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Chatrove adds folders, saved prompts, quick insertion and conversation handoff to the websites of ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Chatrove is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic or Google. Those sites can change at any time; we work to keep Chatrove compatible but cannot guarantee uninterrupted compatibility.
2. Free and Pro plans
The free plan includes limited saves and handoffs. Chatrove Pro removes those limits and can be used on up to 3 installations with the same email. Plans and prices are shown in the extension and on chatrove.app.
3. Payments and renewals
Payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. The lifetime plan is a one-time payment that gives you Pro for as long as Chatrove is offered.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time from "Manage or cancel subscription" in the extension; you keep Pro until the end of the period already paid. If you are not satisfied, email support@chatrove.app within 14 days of a purchase and we will refund it.
5. Your content and acceptable use
Your prompts and chats are yours and stay in your browser. When you use "Continue in…", you are responsible for the content you send to another AI provider and for following that provider's terms. Do not use Chatrove to break the law, to abuse the AI services or to interfere with our license system.
6. Disclaimer
Chatrove is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the answers produced by any AI service, or for content lost because of browser data being cleared — please use the export feature to keep backups.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to Chatrove is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. We may suspend licenses used in violation of these terms. If we ever discontinue Chatrove, we will give notice and refund any unused portion of active subscriptions.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
